Types of Membership to CBPM: 1. Individual Member (27 cents each day): This membership is for an individual that supports the Goals and Mission of the Collective Black People Movement (CBPM). As an Individual member to the Collective Black People Movement (CBPM) you will receive: a) A Collective Black People Movement (CBPM) membership card that will enable you to get into the CBPM events, functions, activities (and more...) at discounted membership rates. b) A voice in the direction of CBPM and on the CBPM’s website. c) Your own CBPM email address. d) First 25 cents of each membership dollar as your permanent individual savings. e) Second 25 cents of each membership dollar as our (the members of CBPM) collective family savings (Ujamaa- Cooperative Economics) f) Third 25 cents of each membership dollar goes to funding the budgets of the 45 different departments of our people’s skills, talents, and intelligence (education). g) Fourth 25 cents of each membership dollar goes to employing our people. h) You are applying to work for your people by entering your skills, talents, and intelligence (education) on your membership application and for your people to work for you. Student Member (27 cents each day): This membership is for anyone who is currently in school (18 years and above) that supports the Goals and Mission of the Collective Black People Movement (CBPM). As an organizational member your organization will receive: a) A Collective Black People Movement (CBPM) membership card that will enable you to get into the CBPM events, functions, activities at discounted membership rates. b) A voice in the direction of CBPM and on the CBPM’s website. c) Your own CBPM email address. d) First 25 cents of each membership dollar goes to hosting and maintaining your organization’s webpage. e) Second 25 cents of each membership dollar as our (the members of CBPM) collective family savings (Ujamaa- Cooperative Economics) f) Third 25 cents of each membership dollar goes to funding the budgets of the 45 different departments of our people’s skills, talents, and intelligence (education). g) Fourth 25 cents of each membership dollar goes to employing our people. h) Your organization will be featured and listed on the CBPM’s website, organization page with all the vital contact information for brothers and sisters to reach out to you. i) Your organization will have the full support of the Collective Black People Movement (CBPM) and CBPM will carry your organization where every the collective goes. j) CBPM will have your organization listed on our online membership application for the purpose of recruiting brothers and sisters to your organization. k) If your organization specializes in any of the 45 departments of the CBPM and your organization is willing to coordinate this department for our people, then there will be additional funds available for your organization from the collective to carry on these works. l) Your organization will be featured on the Problem Solvers Unlimited (PSU) Nationwide conference call to bring what your organization is doing locally to a national audience of brothers and sisters and for your organization to get national support from brothers and sister around the country. m) CBPM will send your organizations information to over the 2000 contacts that are listed in CBPM’s database via “What our People are Doing?” and to millions of our people world wide through the popular search engines online. n) Your organization will get support from brothers and sisters through the system of Functional Unity. www.10-10-50.org. o) You are applying to work for your people by entering your organization’s skills, talents, and intelligence (education) on your membership application and for your people to work for your organization. It is not necessary for a member to be involved in the daily activities of CBPM, but we encourage and welcome your participation and involvement. Therefore, on the CBPM membership application, make sure you check the departments you want to be involved with, kept up-to-date with, or coordinate. Being a member of CBPM is being a part of a positive movement that will better the living conditions of Black (African) people better through the principles of our Creator, positive principles given to us by our ancestors, and the principles of Kwanzaa. |
