Greetings to all the Members of the Collective Black People Movement
(CBPM) and Friends,
Thank you all for the great response you have given for our organization
the Collective Black People Movement (CBPM).  We are truly an
organization that is unique and very vital in our time.  Our Mission of
gathering, documenting, and organizing the skills, talents, and
intelligence (education) of Black People for the purpose of self-help and
collective development gives us a responsibility of doing the actions of
Nation Building.  Through the CBPM website, we are able to make unity
amongst our people visual and not just an aspiration.  If we can see it we
can reach it.

All CBPM members and our people got to know how special the CBPM is.  The
CBPM is the only type of organization in the world that is about the works we
are doing in our mission for our people.  More importantly the plans that have
been laid out for where we are heading with our organization, is the first time
there has been an attempt to unite Black People based on our skills, talents,
and intelligence (education) and the use of technology through computers, the
world wide web, and the telephone.   We are making history in the works we
are doing with the Collective Black People Movement (CBPM) and this shows
from the recognition we are receiving from our people from around the world.

As the Chief of Engineering and Design of the CBPM, I am asking our
members to look at our organization’s internal structure and build internally
from where we are to the point that the great works we do internally shines so
bright externally for our people and our organization.   This is the secret to our
international recognition currently of the CBPM website (  The
over 500 pages of the CBPM website was built within the last two and a half
years by building threw doing works internally and having the works over flow
externally.  We got to continue upon this path.

Looking internally and building the Collective Black People Movement (CBPM)
internally leads us to the developments of the
50 Departments of our
people’s Skills, Talents, and Intelligence (education)
.  All members that
signed up for membership with the CBPM was able to select the Department of
our people’s skills, talents, and intelligence that they would like to be a part of
or kept up to date with.  The CBPM has placed all members in the selected
departments they have chosen.  With the CBPM membership at 874 members,
there is currently  an average of 100 people in each of the 50 departments of
our people’s skills, talents, and intelligence.  The draft goals and
responsibilities of each of the 50 Departments have been completed and is
ready for our members input after we have the department coordinators in
place and they are able to give their input.

Our people need leaders of each of these Departments of Black People’s
skills, talents, and intelligence.  Let’s use
Kujichagulia (Self-Determination)
and all the great principles given to us by our fore parents to define our world
for ourselves by taking leadership in the CBPM as a Department Coordinator
in the area that you were blessed with your skills, talents, and intelligence

Do you have a vision for our people and can you take on being involved in the
design of a system, for instance, that will be able to connect all Black
Individuals, Families, Organizations, Businesses, Spiritualities, and Institution
involved in education, or any area, that will strengthen each of the above and
bringing each of the above to be part of a Collective Black Education System
designed by us, created by us, ran by us, to teach anyone of us the
knowledge and information needed to become any professional in this world
from Kindergarten to the Ph. D level?  If yes, the CBPM is for you.
Are you ready to be a true leader for our people.  The CBPM has started the
works of organizing our people and we will continue to do our mission.  It is
time that those of us that is on the side lines, stand up and take responsibility
in our people’s movement.    Becoming a CBPM Department Coordinator is a
good way to get involved.  You already have about a 100 people ready to work
with you in the department you select to coordinate.  As our organization
grows, soon the CBPM Department Coordinators will be a paid position.
Reserve your spot from now by joining us on the next CBPM Conference Call
Sunday, October 3rd, 2010 from 8pm – 9:30pm.

In Addition, the CBPM has connected with the
Government of the UNIA-ACL
that was created on August, 31st, 1920 (1st UNIA-ACL Convention) in Harlem,
New York by the Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey and the founding Parent
Body of the UNIA-ACL Government.  This Government was formed for all
Africans at Home and Abroad.  Out of the CBPM was born the Julius
Nyerere/CBPM UNIA-ACL Atlanta Division 421 and this has aided the CBPM in
getting our national and international recognition.  Special Thanks is due to
the 9th Successor of the Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey, the 10th
President General of the UNIA-ACL Government, and a member of the
Collective Black People Movement (CBPM), the Honorable Senghor Baye, for
all the works he has been doing on a National and International level for the
Collective Black People Movement (CBPM) as an Advisor to the CBPM and
continuing the legacy of Marcus Garvey in the 21st Century.  Special Thanks
also is due to all those who has said or done positive works for our
